SOUTHMEAD SURGERY is now in a phase of lock-down due to the COVID-19 pandemic to protect vulnerable patients and health care staff.
The majority of consultations will take place over the phone. If you think your condition will need to be seen face to face then please call BEFORE 10am.
We are offering routine appointments, for example smears, coils and long term conditions.
You may be asked to wait at different entrances to the building. Please do not arrive early. We will take your temperature before allowing you into the building.

If you are dropping off a prescription request – please post it through the letter box on the side door (left hand side of building).
PLEASE DO NOT ORDER YOUR MEDICATION MORE THAN 14 DAYS IN ADVANCE, IT WILL BE REJECTED & THE REQUEST KEPT UNTIL IT IS DUE.
PLEASE DO NOT ORDER INHALERS IF YOU HAVE NOT HAD ONE IN THE LAST YEAR.
ALL prescriptions will be sent directly to the chemist – you will NOT be allowed into the building to collect a prescription. If you have not nominated a chemist it will be sent to Lloyds in Farnham Common as the default.
All letter correspondence will either be emailed or posted out to you – you will NOT be allowed into the building to collect paperwork.
